MTN Mondo upgrades

I have been trying to do an upgrade since 23 November and do not get any feedback. When querying with Mondo, the service agent cannot give any feedback or provide any timelines for the upgrade to be done. The service is pathetic and the Mondo agent has a bad attitude.
