MTN + Mondo together in ******** us

MTN customer service is a joke, they charge me cancelation fee for a router I sent back withi 7days, and when enquire they don't know why?Instead of helping me they sending me to a Mondo which I think is their subcontractor.I app**** via MTN not Mondo.
