MTN... Mondo problems

How can you as a company let Mondo sell contracts and have bussiness dealings for you???? MONDO is the worst company ever... making promises and not following up on promises.... worst service... never ever take out a contract via them.... got a upgrade under false prentenses, cancelled the upgrade, took more then a month to do this... then charged a early upgrade fee, this all happend in May and July... got promised that fee would be reinbursed within 7 to 14 bussiness days... not done... I do have a reference with the promises.... when asking, sorry there is a back logg.... How many people do you need to refund that the back logg is this big that you cannot do what you promised... WORST COMPANY EVER....

MTN is the service provider but does not take any responsibily regarding complaints... MTN you should be able to handle the complaints or remove Mondo from your distributer list... as a result you are loosing the 6 contracts that I have with you all at one go
