MTN, Mondo, multiple credit checks and still no phone

I just got off the phone Mondo and they are blaming MTN for my very long turmoil with them. MTN/Mondo has done so many credit check which negatively impacts my credit score (confirmed with a financial advisor) and now from saying I am approved, but no stock, to I am not approved (not surprised seeing as my credit score goes down every time you do a credit check) to they are waiting for reviewing the applications. I want MTN and Mondo to clear my name of all the unnecessary credit checks that decreased my credit score and sort out this contract, I don't even care which one anymore I just need a phone ASAP as this is for my business.
