MTN MONDO MISLEADING CLIENTS

Terribly misleading clients and getting hopes up for no reason... And agent called me to say I pre approved and went on to do a deal apparently it was mondo Mtn.. I told him its not approved I won't share personal info he went on to say it's approved did my deal took delivery address banking details etc. And said devices will be delivered 3 to 8 days to work all is approved and dsv or dstv does the delivery when parcel comes they will require a finger scan to give package... All was done emails from Mtn for billing confirmation and was sent to me... Today morning I decided to track my parcel after calling *** apparently the application was unsuccessful.. So I went on to explain myself and was told to me I requested a recording the agents name is Kyle Naidoo... Read all terms and conditions and said all is approved and must await delivery... This is total bull and poor services from Mtn and mondo Mtn... I wish to take this further... He clearly stated all calls are recorded.. So I requested the recording to which they say takes 3 working days... So I requested a refrance to my call which they quoted... RCO 24996... CAN SOMEONE ALSO CONTACT ME AFTER LISTENING TO IT ON ***.
