MTN Mondo is holding our mobile account RANSOM . They refuse to cancel it .#****MERS My wife was sold 2 data deals under false pretenses by a MONDO agent , as soon as she brought it to my attention I immediately told her to cancel so we took the routers back to MTN CANALWALK and had them request cancelations immediately. A month has passed and we find out that 1 of these contracts was not canceled and we were billed R400 . We have been back and forth for weeks now with different agents for hours at a time but we just can not get this contract canceled ,in fact this is interrupting our daily tasks ,our work time, our family time and all we get is a ' we will ring you back tomorrow as soon as it's canceled ' MONDO is literally holding our account ransom to such a point that we can not move on with our lives because we are still unsure whether his contract has indeed been canceled , the agent who sold this package told my wife that it's unlimited and has no fair user policy all the well knowing that ALL DATA PACKAGES Is governed by a FUP . We don't know what to do and we can never get through to MONDO, either we get cut off or people put us on hold and the line cuts or we get promised a callback that never happens MONDO I AM TAKING YOU TO THE MEDIA ...
