Mtn mondo

Im very disappointed and hurt with the service I received today from your corrier Dsv. My parcel came today unfortunately my thumb biometric did not pull through their scanner the corrier guy told me he will not give me my parcel but he will return it to the warehouse so i must contact mtn to arrange another form of verification since the thumb was not successful. I contacted mtn mondo and the lady said there is nothing she can do the package will be returned to the warehouse and the contract will be cancelled. If i still want it i will have to start afresh and apply then they will deliver again i then asked her what if my thumb print does not pull through again on delivery she said well I will have to go to the mtn shop to apply there then because that’s the only form of verification they use. The reason why I app**** online was because there is no mtn shop where i stay and besides I already have 2 contracts with mtn which have never missed a payment so i dnt understand all this fuss its not like im a new customer. Please do better with your corrier company or else you will loose customers
