MTN - MONDO *****

I have been with MTN / MONDO for the past 20 years and I am livid with the level at which MTN /MONDO leaves our data or sells it. On the 21st I received an email regarding contracts that have been opened AND APPROVED on my MTN /MONDO account, its 3 iPhones and 2 HISENSE routers, This was authenticated and approved by you at different times, I have proof of 4 emails with the account been successfully opened. I received the 4 contracts which confirm that they were successfully opened and DSV will be delivering the devices. The details on my address are incorrect, my marital status is incorrect, my salary is incorrect, and my residential status is incorrect, basically, everything is wrong except my banking details.

This is a *****, I have been due for an upgrade for 10 years and I stayed with you due to loyalty nothing else, and this is what I get. MTN / MONDO OR ANY OF your affiliates who are supposed to make sure that our private and confidential data is safe, are not securing it and failed and you are responsible for de*****ing us. The last or worst response is when your ***** department tells me that I must check after 21 days. I am an IT Manager and I deal with banks and the private sector, and before information is shared with us, I need to show documentation and proof that our systems are safe. There is what we call word of mouth in our industry, they will know about this incident.

I am in the process of communicating and lodging a complaint with FAISA , ICASA, and OSTI to demonstrate that our information is exposed with no consideration for POPI , DATA safety any financial implications they exposing to.

Just when I was supposed to sign UP to move my COMPANY data to your DATA CENTRE from VOX AND VODACOM. I am not going to leave this lying, I will make noise in social, paper, and court. I have been nothing but loyal.
