MTN MONDO disappointment

Four weeks ago i did an upgrade for sim data only deal, which was advertised on Facebook and at the comment i wrote that they must call me first before they activate the deal because i wanted clarification about that deal. They never called and they activated the data deal without explanation, only to find out that the deal they gave me is for home deals only it won't work on my phone, i tried canceling the deal with immediate effect even now they don't want to cancel that deal. I really want my old data deal back, online deal are ****s and i tried calling MTN even went to the store but no one helped me, they only said call MTN MONDO and those guys never answer their phone. Its now 4 weeks without data, without a way to get ahold of them
