Mtn mondo contract

Good day,

I purchased a MTN Mondo contract last month on the 9th and it it is almost a month now and I still havent revent my package, and this after a number of calls I made to them. Every time I call, its either I am put on hold or I am told that there was a glitch on the MTN with releasing the router and the Uncapped data SIM card.

I also called MTN at some point and they referred me to Mondo without any much of assistance.

I told know what to do anymore please assist.
