MTN Mondo cellphone contract

I took an upgrade with MTN Mondo in November 2021 ,unfortunately it was not suitable for my needs I was advised by Mondo consultants to return the router so that they can reverse the upgrade 2 months later they haven’t reversed the upgrade and each time I call they hang up or make me to hold forever.
