MTN-Mondo celibate- relationship

Mondo says it's MTN - MTN says it's Mondo- Celibate but in relationship?

I would like to share my experience with first MTN and I will add review with Mondo separately. In January I signed up for sub contract with Mondo in partnership MTN. The package was for Data Bundles and router and Laptop. The laptop stopped working in June last year- since then I went up and down trying to resolve the issue with MTN, went to 5 stores including major ones i.e Mall of Africa. I could not get assisted. Until around August they collected the laptop for repairs- brought it back in September upon receiving it I discovered there were even problems that never existed before- some keys on the keyboard were not working. Since then I have tried to communicate with MTN and Mondo without help until today- I gave up- I stopped paying then they stopped my service on my sim card line. As I speak I have canceled my last contract few days ago, I'm done with them and their shenanigans.
