Mtn Mondo a ****

I've had bad experience with MTN and Mondo One of their consultant sold me a laptop contract beginning of August 2022 at R29.00 per month from 36 months but when I receive the package I called mtn to verify that the repayment was indeed R29.00 but I was told that the consultant mislead me the repayment was R429.. then they advised me to call the cancellation department which they told me that they will listen to the conversation that I had with the consultant, after 2 weeks I called back again to find out the verdict .. I was now told that yes the consultant said the contract is R29 but if I want to continue with the contract I can pay around 300and something or bring back the laptop for cancellation and I won't be charged for the cancellation because the consultant was at wrong. To my surprise end August , September and October I was charged for the laptop was sent back for cancellation and some admin fee. I keep calling for my money to be deposited back into my account another consultant said I should send my bank confirmation letter and my money will be deposited in my account in two days I did so, till today I haven't received a cent back but instead I was charged Two cancellation fees, one for the laptop and another they cancelled my other existing contract with MTN without my consent . When I queried this they said it's a mistake from their side and my account will be credited

Guess what my number is blocked because I didn't make the payment which they were supposed to credit. I've been sent from Piller to post everytime I call , I even went the mtn store for assistance..I got no help ..my bank records shows dishonest because MTN has been trying to take money that I don't even owe to them ***
