MTN Mondo ****

Took a contract through Mondo, the agent had **** to me regarding benefits/data allocated- ending touch I was told she was in the wrong and the contract will be cancelled, and I'd be refunded the 2 months instalments that were debited. I have also never received a sim card from them. 1 year has passed now and to date, I have not received a refund. Now I received an sms stating I am in arrears. No luck contacting MTN as they are always busy and make you hold on forever. An email was sent in June when I received a notification on my credit report stating I missed a payment for MTN.
