MTN MoMo threatens to close rarely-used account

MTN MoMo threatens to deactivate my account because I have nit transacted in a while. There is no service that I want to use. I just requested them not to do so BUT THEY REQUIRE ALL MY DETAILS ! WHY ? when I supp**** my cell number that is the the key to the account. This is a GENERAL REQUEST so why do they insist on halving ALL my personal details?
