MTN MoMo Money service

I am very skeptical about the quality of MTN MoMo service and the ability of the app to safeguard my money!!! I recently made a deposit with my Credit Card to my MoMo wallet, the money was deducted from my Credit Card buy is not showing in my MoMo wallet. I contacted customer care but they do not seem interested in resolving the issue. I am not getting any feedback whatsoever from them. It is part of my salary which is locked up somewhere on MTNs bank account.
