MTN momo ****med me!

I,ve been a loyal MTN member for years now and they ****med me...i cashed in my MTN momo app and my balance was not updated until now instead they blocked me on the app...i emailed them and sent proof of payment but they keep on asking forr it instead of fixing the issue...m so angry and dissapointed
