MTN Momo license renewal

Over a month ago I paid for my motor vehicle license renewal. The disk has long expired. i was asked to send the same documents about three times and then silence. After receiving this number *** and calling to no avail, i am incredibly frustrated. I have received this message below over 5 times now in the past 6 weeks. "Licence disc processing is taking longer than usual. We are working closely with the department to get your licence disc delivered speedily and safely, please bear with us. Regards MTN MOMO Reply STOP to opt out". I would like an immediate refund of my money as this service is useless. I would rather go and queue at the post office for a whole day knowing I would get my renewal than waiting over a month for MTN to renew the license. I had previously written a review and they have not even bothered to respond to that. That gors to show the type of service they offer.
