MTN momo is useless

Hello I'd like to report MTN momo, I used their app to pay my Dstv last week Monday on 29 January, even now my Dstv account remains unpaid I've sent emails, called them and all I get are lies. Friday I called and their agent said that my payment will reflect on Saturday, it didn't. Monday morning I called and they said they'll fix my problem in 24 hours but still nothing changed On Wednesday I called again they said I had to call after 72 hours(from Monday). Yesterday I sent them an email and they said my complaint has been escalated to the payment department.

It's 2 weeks now since I paid my Dstv and I feel like they are not taking my matter serious.
