am very disappointed in myself for trusting MTN MOMO. The way they deal with clients is terrible and absolutely inconsiderate and especially because this is a money app. I did a cash out transaction from this stupid app MoMo for a cash withdrawal at a NEDBANK send imali ATM on 21 Feb 2025. I did not receive a voucher for the withdrawal of the cash 7 days ago and I still have not received this voucher or a refund to the momo account. A query was logged via customer number 083135 and numerous emails sent, their illiterate service consultants are not helpful at all. I was informed to believe this will be sorted within 72 hours, which was not the case. I have been contacting these idiots everyday now with no luck, the response is that now the voucher was redeemed without me receiving the voucher no and the pin. The idiots adviced that I should wait for 72 hours of which has long passed with no refund or any feedback from their illiterate consultants. I have contacted them 'customer care number' and everyday for an update and all I get is lies that my query is being attended to and promises that my account will be refunded and the fun part is when I contact Nedbank customer services, they advise that no voucher was ever sent to my number. Guys we should be very careful with our monies, especially with these fly by night apps Mtn MoMo
