MTN MOMO is bad

I deposited money into the so called mtn momo account, i was told i could send cash vouchers using momo wallet. I have issued a voucher using the momo app but it is not redeemable...i have visited various picknpay stores and mtn stores as advised by the call centre service agent but at all the stores i visited, no one knows anything about momo they all claim they were not trained on it. Now my money is stuck somewhere in the system and i cant have access to it
