MTN MOMO IS A ****!!! MTN STOLE MY MONEY

MTN momo is a **** and I want everyone to stop using it. They busy promoting for us to use it but when you have problems no one has answers. My Cash out was reversed and now my R850 vanished from my momo account, when I call customer service they telling me that my money is somewhere stuck with MTN account, it's been over 48 hours since my money has been with MTN, I logged an inquiry and still have not been refunded.
