Mtn Momo Horrid Service

I have been a client with Mtn for over a decade. I made a payment to Momo wallet which I have been using happily .

The wallet limit was reached however my Money was deducted from my Bank and not reversed or credited back

Ongoing from 31.08 , and all I receive is we are working on it.

Today I see it's resolved but where is my money
