MTN MOMO - extremely useless

Mtn MoMo On the 4th of August 2020 I took up the offer from Mtn to renew my vehicle registration through their MoMo service. Taking into consideration the covid challenge, I didn’t want to queue at the traffic department or post office.

Up to today I’m still waiting to hear from Mtn. There has been no communication whatsoever. I’ve sent various emails to ***. All that I receive is an automated email message that an agent will be in touch within 24-48 hrs.

It cannot take more than a month to queue for license renewal. The lack of communication from Mtn makes matters even worse

I find this service very useless.
