MTN MoMO car licence renewal - possible ****!

MTM has advertised on their MoMO app that you can renew your car licence via them. Over 3 weeks ago I paid for 2 of my car's licences. I received 2 sms's on the one vehicle advising that the application was in progress about 5 days after the application, then radio silence, I have tried numerous times to phone, to email, with absolutely NO response. This is quite likely a ****, and I want to know where I can report these *******?
