MTN MOMO CAR LICENCE DISC RENEWAL TERRIBLE SERVICE

MTN MOMO CAR LICENCE SERVICES! Pure ****!!!!!!! BE AWARE! We paid for licence disc to be renewed on 15 November. We sent all the relevant they required to new the disc. They came back saying unfortunately they cannot renew the disc due to proof of address they will refund our money. Gave the banking details on 16 November and were told they will process it. We kept on following up and they keep on telling us 7-10 work days, but today is 8 December and still no feedback or money!!! However, we renewed the disc ourselves in the meantime with no issues. Terrible service!!!!
