MTN MoMo App WARNING!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I deposited money with my credit card via the MoMo App. The money was deducted from my credit card but never showed up in my MoMo wallet. I contacted the MTN MoMo service center multiple times and they are always telling me that they are "Escalating" the problem. Its been more then three weeks now and never got a reply from them. The same happened to my friend. I would not recommend to use the app, to anybody!!!
