MTN Momo and it's manager Lwazi Mngoma

I made 4 transaction via MTN momo where my money was deducted from my momo account but never received the service I paid for. I've called the MTN momo department, they keep saying different things and their manager Lwazi Mngoma is always avoiding calls.
