MTN momo

I have never been this livid about not getting ant assistance.MTN momo or MTN staff are not helpful at all .I withdrew cash from my momo app and never received any sms voucher code, it’s now been 24 hours and no one knows where the money is. All I am told that the brach is also having system issue's. How is that helpful?

My goodness in store there is no Cash because I have an option to collect in store. I am beyond livid with how pathetic the service is with MTN.
