MTN Mokopane bad service

On 05/01/2021 I app**** for a laptop contract at a MTN store in mokopane. My ref no is ***. I was told that the specific laptop that i opted for was not available and they would order it for me. I received an update call on 11/01/2021 that the laptop i had ordered is still not available and that they would find the next available option for me. Since then I have not received any update/feedback. I called the store today and the Consultant/Manager informed me that all orders had been stopped and she has tried to process my order again.

This is bad service - why was i not informed from the onset that orders had been stopped.
