MTN Modimolle is bad news.

I upgraded one of my contracts in April 2017 at the MTN store at the Modi Mall in Modimolle. We asked for an additional case and screen protector to be added. Since we live primarily in Zambia, and stopped by the store on our way back to Zambia, we only there found the screen protector was for an iPhone 7 Plus instead of an iPhone 7. In November 2017, when I was back in South Africa, we tried exchanging it for the correct product, only for them to be out of stock. We returned to the shop again in March 2018. The lady attending was extremely rude and made us out to be ********* for not correcting the mistake within 7 days. She did nothing to listen to and try to understand our unique situation. She was rude, unprofessional and rather than easing the problem, aggravated the situation. MTN Modimolle is bad news. Do not go there.
