MTN - modern day Robin Hoods

If minus stars was possible i would rate them that. I was on a previous contract of R450 or so pm, Nov 2020 I was offered an upgrade to R499 pm. In November they then billed me R4312.17, in December R1025.46 and in Jan R593, that doesn't seem like R499. I contact their *********** staff on all platforms and according to them because they sent me an invoice it makes the bill correct. Firstly none of them will actually call me like i requested and they insist on pursuing stupid explanations via email or FB messenger. The complaints department does not acknowledge emails so maybe that department doesn't exist anymore since MTN is so spectacular and no client ever complains about them. IT IS A STUPID COMPANY WITH EQUALLY STUPID STAFF
