Mtn mobile *******.

I recieved a call from the partner companies for a contract phone . The phone was not the one I wanted. Firstly I was offered the contract in November and was told it the first debit order or payment would only go off in January 2020. However I had only recieved the phone in dec a few weeks later . To find out it was not the phone I wanted. Secondly I sent it back same week it was delivered and was assured the contract would be cancelled and I don't have to worry about anything as I did not even open anything sent it back sealed. Then a month later to get billed for and item I didn't even activate or have . When I called and inquired they said it's a back logg and it would be sorted in 21 days . Its is now march and they are still going into my account to debit for a contract I don't have or even a phone. They are taking money out of my account and making even more debt for me . I've phoned several time and nothing had been done regarding this. MTN IS A TOTAL RIPP OF FOR A MOBILE COMPANY I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND BE COMPENSATED FOR EXTRA COST INCURRED. I'am furirous and very angry I will never ever take or buy any from Mtn Mobile again or even advise anyone to use the services .
