MTN Mobile Phone Blacklisting

<p>I have been waiting for a response with ITC reference number for blacklisting my lost phone since 12 Feb 2017. Surely this is long enough for any customer to keep waiting. This was done via my corporate Cell Phone administrator. The device IMEI ********** ********** 002 and its serial number is R8G82K8WRB. I need to move to next step with police for insurance purpose and am now held up by this ‘no response’ from MTN side.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the 12th of Feb, the same IMEI has been sent to two different people at MTN and both never responded. Please guys, No.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone at MTN please reply back via my Corporate admin please.</p>
