MTN Mobile Insurance Slacking

MTN Mobile Insurance.

My phone was collected on the 22/10/2021 for the repair of my cracked screen. It's now 3 weeks and still no update on the status of my phone. Even after numerous emails to enquire, I just get given a ticket number and a generic reply that they will investigate and get back with an update (which still has not come).
