MTN Mobile Insurance

My experience with MTN mobile insurance has left me dissatisfied. On April 24, MTN picked up my phone for repair. I took about a month and I was really patient. Unfortunately, when it returned from repair, one of the sim card slots was no functional, and my phone was a dual SIM device. When I switch to dual sim, it disables all sim slots. Sim 1 no longer functions; only Sim 2 does. I immediately contacted MTN, who collected the phone for inspection and returned it with the same issue. The phone was collected and returned three times, yet the issue continued.

Now I don't know what to do longer, because it appears that MTN is not willing to fix or replace my phone,

I am really disappointed.
