MTN (mobile insurance)

I'm writing this with a sore heart.

I've been a contract client to MTN for more than 15yrs for my insured mobile phones.My second phone sim (Mtn *** ) was giving me problems via network 8yrs ago. I ported to Voda. That very phone was ****** 3 weeks ago, I put in a claim as it was insured, I was sent from pillar to post!

Finally my claim was logged after 2 days, I was sent emails that my claim is under review after I had complained why is my claim taking so long! Only yesterday they responded saying "my claim was unsuccessful."

I asked why my claim was unsuccessful bcs 3yrs ago I had put a claim that my phone was damaged using the very same number ***) it was successful. Now it's a different story with no explanation & my money I've been paying all these yrs gone down the drain for nothing!! Then they cancel my insurance without my concern.

Im really really disappointed & hurt with MTN after so many years I've been in business with them. I'm actually going to cancel my other phone from their network. THEY ARE ****MMERS!!

I wouldn't encourage anyone to go to business with them as I usually did!!
