MTN Mobile - Horrible and unprofessional service

Went to MTN Chillilane to apply for a contract data deal. Desmond assisted with the application and its gone 10 working days now with no feedback. Desmond advised that he would call back with the application status and still nothing after i called him twice. He advised that systems were offline and could not check anything (for 10 days)??? MTN this is my second attempt to apply for the same contract and no feedback.
