Mtn mobile communications Gateway pathetic service

3 days, and 2 visits to get a simple sim swap done, still waiting for it to be completed. No follow up from the consultants in the store - pathetic customer service. An indication of the culture of MTN, not impressed.

Finally managed to get this issue sorted after visiting MTN Pavillion service center, where I managed to find someone competent. What training is provided to customer facing staff to ensure the reputation of your brand? How will you ensure that a repeat of this doesn't happen to someone else going forward? In a competitive market, customer satisfaction goes a long way.
