MTN Mobile Advertising SPAM

I am constantly receiving MTN Mobile Advertising SMS's. Every time I try to opt out and receive a return message saying: "You have successfully opted out of MTN Mobile Advertising". Then a few days later I'm still receiving marketing messages.

Please respect my right to privacy and remove my details from your marketing list. I have opted out numerous times and you keep ignoring my requests.
