MTN Mobile Advertising/ Pop up messages

I have been trying to disable these annoying popups for sometime now but no matter what I do I can't disable it. I have contacted support but they are ignoring me at this moment on Facebook. Phone number is a bunch of automated answers from a machine.

I am enjoying the network, but this **** is really going to make me move from them. It pops up in the times when there are emergencies and then you HAVE to answer the stupid thing. But you need to read else you might just accept to give them even more money.
