Good Day,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that the Credit limit is affected by the un-billed invoice only. Invoices that have already finalised or debited do not affect the Credit limit. This means that if the currently running invoice is higher than the Credit Limit the line will be suspended even thou the account is up to date with payments. According to our records your line was reactivated on the 14 October 2016.

Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.

Kind Regards,
Itumeleng

everything is on debit order, so there should be no un-billed invoice's , i use this account heavily for business and for it to be suspended without notification in the manner it was done i find un-acceptable, un-proffesional. That fact that you treat your clients like that means you actually do not give a **** about your client or the service you provide to them.
