<p>For the past 3-4 weeks I've only gotten 3G at the most and not LTE. Today I can't even stream anything including YouTube. </p>

I have contacted ********** 3 times. They advised to change APN settings and restart phone, which I did. Still no joy with streaming any videos includind Youtube. On the 3rd call I got transferred to Apple support who advised that they only support Mac and not iPhone. Need assistance asap.
