MTN - mmmm
I have had a contract with MTN for around 2 years now and for the longest part of the contract had no issues in paying them. A few months ago The company I was working at liquidated and I had to take a massive salary cut. Obviously i am still owing on this account as If you don't have money you cant pay. I made a payment of 4500 about 2 months ago now and still owed the same, however i was invoiced this month for R10000? I have tried to make an arrangement with them that I pay this owing off monthly as I require my phone to work due to the nature of my job. Not once dod I say I wont pay, I have called on numerous occasions and they don't care. To assist. I have actually tried to make the arrangement to honor the payments.
Done with MTN i will not recommend them to anyone.
