MTN MITCHELLS PLAIN PROMENADE CAPE TOWN

I am absolutely nauseated by the service I have been getting from MTN promenade in Michell's Plain and MTN as a network and service provider. I took out a laptop contract almost 1 year ago with MTN , returned the laptop the next day as it was not switching on, almost 1 year later and still no laptop! MTN however is still billing me for this service I have never used and NO FEEDBACK given whatso ever. Omar the branch manger of the promenade store has been of no use and seems to have more of an attitude than anything else, as if his more irritated with me than I am with MTN. after numerous complaints, I get a call from Muneed who is apparently the area manger who also made a promise to find out what is happening and revert back to me, that was in June, still no feedback! I honestly feel that it is not fair that I have to go through these lengths and measures to get help. I want this data/laptop contract cancelled and ALL monies paid to be credited back into my bank account, I will also take this matter further with the ombudsman. Oh and also on another note calling into the call center served absolutely no purpose and nobody ever answers the phone in the promenade store, *** Staff really needs to brush up on their customer service skills, I too am a manger running a retail store and I will lose my job if me or my staff offer the service MTN staff are offering their clients, pathetic!
