Mtn mistreating it's customers

Eventually someone has to make MTN aware of how much they mistreat us as their customers. I was told my data would be loaded on the 1 August, I let it go I bout Speed recover data for R269 to carry us through the month. Today I am told I bought normal data, how when I have an email confirming the type of data I bought. You guys are really frustrating.
