MTN MISSION IMPOSSIBLE in UNALLOCATED PAYMENTS!!!

It already since Novemebr 2024 last year that they have not allocated my payments. Numerous emails and proof of payments have been sent. Back office seems to be pathethic as well as MTN twitter after explaining myself. I must fork out money while MTN keeps my funds unallocated or possibly debited their wrong account. Is it the customer's duty to fight MTN while MTN milks the customer? SUCH A HEADACHE!!!
