MTN missing payment and bad service

I made a payment via EFT to MTN on 25 October 2022 after they sent me an sms with they banking details , on the 1st of November i got an sms saying service are going to be cut of caused I didn’t any payment. I have sent emails about that missing payment from the 2nd November and also called the call centre and i was being dropped by team leader and they never called back . I visited the branch and they haven’t assisted. Till today I haven’t received any assistance my service have been suspended and they dont want to activate them . Even though they are still deducting for the past month and yesterday. I really don’t know what to do
