MTN missing in action

Been attempting to move over to mtn's lte, but no call back in over a month and the service agent do not even know that "made-for-home"-products are LTE. How come MTN is the only network that cannot let you move your lte device to different locations? You cant be the best if you do not even have matching technologies to your competitors.
