MTN Missing in action
I have tried phoning more than 5 MTN stores this morning several times and there is simply no answer. I then tried phoning 2 different customer care lines just to experience the same result. The 808 mtn number was also no help as they are currently busy and just give you email adresses to try and not even the option to continue holding on for a consultant. Very poor response seems as if MTN doesn't exist.
